Ok. Butch assembled possibly the best talent UM has ever had, but he's not a good head coach. He's a good (not great) position coach, an excellent talent evaluator, but not bad but horrible head coach.

He's a really good head coach - but best of all - all those around him excel - players are talented and are developed - coaches are selected and do really good work - and even the players themselves push each other, as under Butch - they learn quickly to HATE losing.
