Without an OC and scheme/system, how do our guys even practice on their own? I assume they would need to know the depth of drops, depth of routes etc. let alone the terminology.

Corches have the playbook, the hangup is finding the OC who wants to use it.

While this was said in jext, I think, I've wondered if Mario's deal is that he has a vision of what he wants and comes across strongly with his vision. Rather than seeing what an OC brings to the table and going from there. Most coaches have an idea what they want, but is he just over the top with it?

Within the context of hiring a coordinator what does interviewing well mean specifically ? Did Mario like plays he drew up on a whiteboard ? Or is the discussion philosophically based ? Meeting other staff members to see if they would gel personality wise ?
