Is to WIN...period!

Style points don't mean squat if you're already out of contention for the playoffs.

All it takes is 1 point more than the other team has at the end.

A stupid 15 yard penalty and horrendous defense with three minutes to go cost us the game..PERIOD!

Playoffs?

I'm just trying to see what we have. As far as Enos' offense, I saw enough with Perry to let that run for a few games.

All it takes is one point to win?? Like the one point Baxa missed that woulda put us up by .... 1 point??? To have to sit there and watch that dude miss AGAIN is demoralizing to the team... He makes that kick and maybe things might have been different from an emotional standpoint on that last VT drive..

The entire team sucks. Stop using the kicker to prop up the undeserving head corch.

Do you have a link cause I haven’t seen it official yet? Thanks! He didn’t outright say it in his post game presser and the herald didn’t say anything in today’s article. Hurricanesports.com didn’t have anything either

A pick 6 that puts you down by 9 is demoralizing. If being tied vs being up by 1 makes you try less hard at the end of game, you're just too pathetic to play power 5 football.

Who said anything about trying hard?... I just said it MIGHT have been different from a emotional standpoint....

What's the difference? The opportunity to win the game is right there in front of you. If your "emotional standpoint" is so weak that you can't give your all at the end of a tied game, you're more of a problem than the 1 point.

Then again, maybe it's the ties that demoralize our team. That 0-0 tie at the start of every game seems to be a killer.

It’s not about “style points”. It’s the offense’s job to score as often as possible. Enos leaves points on the field with his play calling and tempo. That is as much of a problem as our defense giving up too many points.
 
the missed extra point hurt some..... the 15 yard penalty and the subsequent field position resulting from having to kick from the 20 yard line is what killed us. plus the defense not being able to cover # 29 all game long.
