It's NFL Draft night! The Miami team wraps up their 2024-25 season tonight as the seven players get ready to hear their names in Green Bay. Cam Ward is hoping to be the first pick, but his eleven teammates will have to hang tight and see how it all unfolds before they find out where they'll land in the NFL.

Pro Football Focus has released its final mock draft projections for the Miami Hurricanes players. Here are the projected picks:

1. Cam Ward - Titans

Would be shocked for Buffalo to take a RB day 3 unless they trade James Cook.

Restrepo top 75 after his disastrous 40 would be miracle

Why? Their room needs help. Davis and Ty Johnson are just okay.

I don't see Martinez going that low tbh. After Jeanty, Hampton, Skat and Judkins RB is really muddy. Also think Rivers with his P4 starting resume, measurables and versatility will be drafted higher.

when I looked at it again they must have the Bills trading because we don’t have a 3rd round pick anyway but

They love Ty Johnson as a 3rd down back, Special teams and a locker room guy. He’s great out of the backfield and led the group in receiving yards with a healthy 15 yards per reception

Martinez could be an upgrade for Davis but it’s a waste of a pick to try and upgrade RB3 when Davis is going into year 2 and only got around 7 carries a game.

Things could change for sure if they trade away Cook for a day 2 pick but I just don’t see them going 4 RBs next year as they haven’t done that in a while from a roster standpoint.

To be clear you said Day 3 not Round 3. With that in mind, I think it would completely make sense if you think Martinez is an upgrade there, which I think he is. Plus Davis while only going into year 2 is 25 already. Injuries happen and the Bills are a contender and I would not feel all that comfortable rolling with either Ty or Ray Davis as headliner of my backfield.

My fault for that. For sure wouldn’t be good with those 2 as a lead back, but also
Wouldn’t with Martinez either.

IF Cook gets traded,( if it happens I’d bet Friday before day 2 starts) I’d guess they use one of the 2 2nd rounders on a RB like Henderson.

They have bigger needs right now that RB3 to use their top 100 picks on

And I agree with that last line and saying my entire postion was around him being taken day 3 which would be the 109th pick at the earliest.

Going to be very interesting to see where and when these RBs after the top 2 (Jeanty,Hampton) end up. Will they wait an extra round or two and see who falls or take the best guys of the 2nd tier

I like Arroyo with the Chargers and Martinez with the Bills. I'd feel terrible if X goes to the Panthers. Don't want to see any of our Canes go there for a while.
