Yea. Little concerning right?

Not really, just saying I don't think he's a 4.3 kid, and he's winning somewhat on this level with route-running and physicality, ball-skills/high point, and I'm not sure how that translates to the next level. Not knocking the kid at all, I'd be beyond thrilled if he flipped, just saying he doesn't look very physically imposing like *most* of the 5-star talents at the position do. I've never watched him in person, and it's just 1 picture, but I was kinda surprised at how small he looks.

Purely speculating here, but I'm guessing he wants to see what happens with Hartline. He seems like a bright kid and knows that a coach can leave at any moment. If he's looking for stability, it would be hard to beat UM (although OC is supposedly going to change) or USC.
He may want to see what kind of squad Mario brings in and if any coaching changes are made.
