The narratives...

With MC I don't think for one sec we'll overlook the gaytors. We haven't won shii to be sitting here feeling ourselves. Every week should be hate week.

Your lips to God’s ears kid.

Lawd knows we are everyone’s Super Bowl. Best we bring our lunch pale every time out.

Refs won’t bail us out. You can bet your bottom dollar on that shït.

I think there are just too many vets with something to prove to allow themselves to sleep walk into a game like this.

Can these guys continue to change the narrative
  • Carson Beck, can he be 2023 Carson, has he improved his decision making
  • Rueben Bain, talk that he might have feel out of the first round
  • Akheem Mesidor, can he return to his 2022 form
  • CJ Daniels, is he the 1,000 receiver from Liberty or the guy who was just ok at LSU
  • Anez Cooper, can he bounce back from a down 2024 season and live up to the top OG hype
  • David Blay, can he play at this level consistently
  • Keelan Marion, is he really a receiver or just a return guy
  • Keionte Scott, can he play like he did in 2023 when he was getting draft buzz
  • Mohamed Toure, is he fully healthy and can he be a difference maker again

Along with every player who played in the game against Syracuse last season, who has to spend all offseason hearing how the blew a 21 point lead that would have guaranteed them a spot in the ACC Championship and the CFP. That should be enough motivation to take every game on this schedule seriously.

Not sure if I agree, but he certainly looks more explosive than any of there others (including Lyle). His acceleration pops off the screen.
Also looks good weaving through traffic at the LOS. This is the type of RB that will continue breaking long TD runs.

Anyone saying Bain has fallen out of the first round should be evaluated by a mental health professional.

Lol. The defense will be mid at best.

You’re drunk if u actually believe this **** bro lol

Buddy has to be trolling.

"Tell me some lies about UM's defensive line being playoff caliber."

-OP ******* around on ChatGPT after a night at the bar.

Mesidor is a slightly above average college football player. If he was as good as some of you are suggesting he wouldn't be playing college football for a sixth year.
Bain and anybody but Mesidor.

Brother that was 3 years ago. Idk anyone to regain form 3 years later.

If you’re using the term “he should be” for a 5th year senior then he ain’t the guy, teams across America are using a true freshman or red shirt freshman to help impact their team, but he at miami where 4 and 5 stars players can’t even beat out a geriatric DE

I've seen Mesidor, I'm hopeful some of the younger DE have a higher ceiling. That is the basis for my stance. '22 was cool, but I personally would like something better. I'm ok with disagreeing.

Honorable mention is not an actual award please stop gaslighting.

Let’s get through November as I remember last year around this same time this place was gleaming
I hear you, but it was warranted last year like it is now. We hadn't seen a QB or offense that good at Miami for decades (if ever)...the excitement was more than justified. This year, we see what so far looks to be one of the best offenses in America again (you will always at least be in the conversation with an elite OL and QB), substantial changes and improvements to our achilles heel last season (the defense that cost this team a trip to the playoffs), and a much better WR corps top to bottom. So far this team looks like a legitimate playoff contender and our best team in over 20 years. Plenty of good reason for excitement.

Don't disagree. My OP was more so just on the hypocrisy of the media. Some teams get the benefit of doubt. We do not. Do we deserve it after last year? Probably not.

Just win baby
