The ACC fell off because they lost a lot of NFL QB talent. There is no doubt about that.

San Diego State vs Stanford is the greatest game of the season. One gorgeous physical play after another on both sides.

FAU beat Bethune Cookman 45-0. So if we're gonna look around college football and conclude teams are terrible based on comparisons, that one counts too.
 
Not to be Brock but who cares if the ACC lost their edge? If Miamis where they need to be conference **** doesn't matter.
 
Terrific late comeback win for San Diego State. As I've emphasized for three seasons, that team is perhaps the best coached team in the country. Certainly the most physical and fundamentally sound team in the country based on talent level.

That's two straight wins over Pac 12 teams. San Diego State will be ranked. The team should have been ranked all along.

I love mirror image games like tonight. Both teams wonderfully physical. I looked forward to this game since I saw the schedule months ago. It lived up to everything and beyond.

Rashaad Penny is a genius running back. Far superior and more of a top pro prospect than Pumphrey ever was. Bryce Love for Stanford is also elite and had a superb game tonight.

Most teams are overrated. A lot of football yesterday proved that. The difference this year will not be who wants to play but who wants to coach!

Wilton Speight seems to somehow have actually gotten worse than he was last year. Could be that the defense made him look better, but he just doesn't look good at all so far.

He's a much less accurate Brad Kaaya. Michigans offense is abysmal & their D got pushed around by Air Force today.

USAFA did not push around Michigan's defense. USAFA actually should be very good within their conference. Michigan is definitely overrated, most likely finishes in the Top 25 but they are definitely going to lose conference games.

Agreed. We didn't play well against Bethune, but I have not seen many championship-caliber teams so far. Bama and Clemson of course, but after those two there is a big drop off.

No reason for us to not finish in the Top 7 - 12 this year.
