What ever happens - hopefully Blake is as far away from any decisions as possible. I wouldn’t mind if Manny had to stay the remainder of the season only because we are getting a new AD who then comes in and cleans house later.
 
Listen, u can ask my boy @TemplarCane what we discussed b4 the game. Neither one of us thought NCSt would rag doll us, as we discussed among ourselves how incredibly overrated they were. I told him I wouldn’t be surprised if we won b/c of that fact. The only reason y NCSt got the love they did is b/c of the perceived “big win” over Clemson, who clearly is not the Clemson we’re accustomed to.

This win, if imma be honest, is a kick to both nuts for 2 reasons:

1. It turns the furnace on Manny’s seat down for one week, as this is “perceived” as an upset win

2. It shows how weak the ACC is this yr, and man did we squander a chance to not only win The Coastal, but this whole thing

Is The Coastal still “technically” in play? Yes; likely? No. We’re still a sub 500 team, and was yet again, another dropped pass away from another L. The positives is that the QB room looks to be in great hands moving fwd, and we have some young studs who are just playing.

Like I told my frat yesterday, I’ve been a Cane fan all my life, and outside of The Bears, this is my sports team that I follow the closest. I can never openly root for losses. I still give a **** bout us winning, but winning now is nothing more than lipstick on a pig.

I had him pegged to be fired if he reached 2-6 after Pitt—four losses in a row and would've been 0-4 in ACC play.

Dude just bought himself more time with this win. Lovely.

Miami will have to miss a bowl for Manny to get fired. Thankfully 5-7 is still within reach.

You realize that it’s in FSU’s long term interest to throw the game in the Fourth Quarter, don’t you? Diaz is leeching recruits and those that don’t go to Tuscaloosa, Athens or Gainesville will end up in Trailerhassee.

Not that they’d actually do this, of course. But like Al Golden, the Noles want Diaz around as long as possible.
