The McCloud situation is inexcusable

Don't see a problem redshirting McCloud. Some might disagree, but suspect Ragone is seeing time because coaches believe he's the best option right now. The notion that Brooks is only trained/capable of playing the mike might just be coach speak.

I can't believe he's a better option over EVERY SINGLE POSSIBILITY I listed, sorry...Maybe as good or even better than 1 or 2 of those options? OK...Maybe Brooks not picking things up, maybe Frierson f**ked Diaz wife...OK, but every single one of those options Ryan Ragone is better then. Nah, sorry. And if he is, you don't redshirt zach mccloud if you are still alive for coastal. If none of my other options listed (brooks to will, shaw to will/brooks to mike, carter to will or nlb, frierson????, Finley too will, k smith as emergency)...If every single one of those cannot put out what Ragone is giving you, what the f**k are you doing all week in practice?

I don't see a problem redshirting him, I SEE A MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR problem playing him vs. Bethune Cookman, CMU, and maybe even UNC. Major Problem, pure stupidity. You gameplay in august for this.

The fact that they see Ragu as the best option means they failed to coach up a suitable back up or they are too retarded to identify Ragu can’t play. Either way they can’t work here.

Listen, manny’s a ******' yokel, I've had it with him. I've been carrying his *** in this place ever since I got here. Get his *** and get his things and get out of here.

you can also make the arguement that until you are sure Joyner can go, then there's no way in **** McCloud should be redshirted. That's a pretty simple one too.

Still wouldn’t have mccloud jeopardize his future because of that. He’s not the one that put him out there for less than 10 plays in 3 different games. I still Would have went to brooks/Finley or even carter or someone else over ragone in that spot period.

Yeah. This LB BS all falls on Manny, and to a lesser degree his handpick DC. No ifs, buts or yikes.

Again, there were several personal pairings Manny could have used Saturn noon past. But didn't! Chit, forget bringing in McCloud. What about Romeo and Shaq together. And like this man mentioned above... Carter or even Frieson at striker.

And the BS of Manny/Baker handling the young kid at LB ( Sammy ). Mother F'er Baker says his on special teams, but doesn't want to play him at MIKE during the crucial second-half. THE CRUCIAL SECOND-HALF

Again, Cane fan addressed this on Sunday. What about moving Shaq to WILL and playing Sammy at his position of MIKE. But no, Manny/Baker decide to roll with a SLOW, UNDERSIZED spaghetti guy!!!!!!!!!!! Now that's fresh. No wonder Miami has the record it has currently.

Also, it's no secret which Miami LB, GT's head coach and OC attacked on Saturn day past. Mr. ravioli man.:ttdg2m10mxvzxan.jpg:

Nonetheless it's all MOOT now.

Jeapordize his future? What in the living **** are you talking about? Jesus christ man...you promote this softness? I'm not starting so I get to leave you paper thin because of it? Have you ever heard of competition...Go beat somebody out of a job! This whole bullshyt promotes softness over competition and is one of the reasons the way we are.

IMO his redshirt should have been out the window the moment Joyner wasn't an option...But if you wanna do it ok. It should have been dealt with before the season. That's my point, I don't agree with this soft a$$ stance you're talking but ok again what I'm attacking is not game planning for it the start of season. you can't play him games 3 and 4, and preferably not 3,4,5. That's what I'm attacking. If both you and the player don't plan for it well enough then I'm sorry Zach you are needed and we pay your tuition. If he butts heads with you, then take a f**king walk kid.

Coming in and breaking a GT RB in half wouldn't have helped his future while keeping us alive in the coastal? Asking for a friend.

There was 6 games left, 7 left if you go to a bowl, and 8 left if you play in the acc ship then a bowl. Future for him and the team would have been intertwined. And again, this isn't the part I'm angry with, the situation, as my original post states, was botched form the beginning.

Lol his future. He's maybe an UDFA. Skeeter is right. McCloud doesn't call the shots.

Mccloud wasn’t even that healthy in fall practice to partake in drills due to a wrist or hand injury so he hasn’t been healthy. Regardless he still could have played that game and still redshirted the rest of the way. Still malpractice by the coaches for trotting out a walk on in that situation. This still isn’t on him or even his problem. Coaches had other solutions other than putting Ryan ragone in that spot period which didn’t need to include mccloud

McCloud could theoretically bolt in the portal and play UM for fools that they are.

IF Miami finishes with a losing record like the VAST MAJORITY of Hurricane fans predict. Then I wouldn't be the least bit shocked, if McCloud said adios to Thee Gables after the season ends.

Not at that point he doesn't...Address it at start of season, play him vs. UF and not the next 2-3. Especially if Joyner not an option.

And I would not blame him one bit, with a chance to escape this disaster.

Yup I agree with this part Brock. That's what I said in original post.

It’s not Zach’s fault our linebackers only know how to play one position. You would think if you had no depth you would cross train kids, but guess not
