Out of all the teams to mess with… and right after an earth shaking hire like Cristobal. Mark Emmert needs to go.

I wonder which school or schools called to complain. Sounds like a Dabo or Saban thing to do. Cuz the timing sure is suspect. Our NIL deals are old news. Nobody said anything as long as Manny was stinking up the joint. Then came the most monumental week for our program in 20 years, the immediate backlash from the media, and boom, just like that, NCAA inquiry.

And it's almost as if they tried deliberately to not make it look obvious. Like first the NCAA inquiries for those other schools were announced. Then a few days later, but of course, Miami is involved. Like they didn't know that Miami was on the forefront of the NIL movement this whole time.

I am still looking for anything official saying anyone is being investigated. Seems like ESPN would have been all over this if true. Only a couple sources have said this is reportedly going on and these sources are not what I call big time sports reporters. Seems like this conveniently got reported about a few schools just before signing day with no official verification. The U told the Miami press they had not been informed by the NCAA of any investigation. Until something official comes out I think the whole story about anyone being investigated is BS

We aren’t. The SFla recruits are. Mario being down here represents a threat to that pipeline. Use your head and stop believing in coincidences. Yes we screwed thing up on our own without needing much help but trust and believe the SEC does NOT want a powerful Miami. No one does.

There’s nothing official about any kind of investigation. Yes it’s been reported that the NCAA is looking at the NIL processes of several colleges, including Miami. But that’s it.

I hate the NCAA and I hate Mark Emmert, but upon further review, I’m not seeing anything that is any cause for concern here yet.
