The Donna/Al Effect. Inverse of former formula where we got Oline out of state and skill local. Old way = NCs : Donna/Al = well we have seen what it gives us.

everyone loves jedd fisch. that guy thought that preston dewey and gray crow were the future of UM football.
Coley found Kaaya, Shirreff and rosier. all look better than jedd's picks.

People like Fish because of his play calling not his talent evaluation. Coley might be a better QB talent evaluator but his play calling leaves a lot to be desired.

we dont know coleys play calling because golden micro-managed him last year. the one time he let him loose was the 1st half of the FSU game and he out coached them

For the most part, they are. Cook,Lane, & Rudolph were good for 3 wins last year...3 wins that made a difference between a bowl game, and the CFB playoffs. Now transfer those 3 wins to UM, and we still wouldn't have won the ACC Coastal.

Golden micro manages? I don't know, but what I do know is that Coley and Donut should not be coordinators. Coley's offense is high schoolish, he doesn't get plays in on a timely bases, play calling makes you scratch your head and he's the worse WR Screen coach in all football regardless of level. Drives are either big play or stall. Short yardage play calling forget about it!
