So as a program your stuck in dilemma where you can't really fire him because he wins JUST enough to raise arms if you do but you know he isn't good enough to get you to where you really want to go (playoffs).

This is it right here . The only thing we can hope for is that by the end of the season he’s worn out enough and feeling enough heat to embrace the CEO head coach type role that suits him at this point in his career . And that means hiring a real OC so all he has to do is oversee

We won’t see any changes til the season ends. He’s not going to commit to getting an OC right now to reporters because then it’s going to turn into weeks of questions of well when are you going to do it ? Then it’ll be weeks of questions og well who will it be ? anyone expecting him to fire his son midseason is being unreasonable. It shouldn’t be , but it is because of who Richt is .
 
These non-stop, incessant, repeated threads where people say the same things over and over and over again are pretty funny.

The chances of Mark Richt being fired this season are 0.0%. Literally. Not even 0.001%. It's literally zero.

But yes, by all means, make more threads talking about firing him, keeping him, etc. Because they all matter, a lot.

The most we can hope for is he comes to his senses, shakes up the staff, and most importantly brings in an OC that runs a modern offense. That's it. That's literally the only thing that can possibly change. Because there's an absolute, concrete, 100.000% chance that Mark Richt is the head coach here next season. He's not going anywhere, and there's not even the smallest possibility he's fired. But let's make 400 more threads about it.

You just argued against yourself. If you're in year 3 and have recruited in a completely different level than BC, but no one counts on you to win that game, than that says something.

Last year the mob was squealing that Diaz should be fired (see gameday discussion threads for proof). Yet, this year the same mob members are suggesting Diaz be named as the Canes head coach. Send in the clowns, don't bother, they're already here!

That or the fact he lets homosexuals live rent-free in his head and pollutes the board with it how our next head coach has to be a white man
