It’s great that he’s hard-working and doing anything he can to contribute for the team, but his first priority as a wide receiver is to be able to catch the ball and he hasn’t made an impact in two years of being here, we disagree

Whatever that means. He looked like he was gonna catch it. Form was nice, hand placement was great, he just took his eyes off it last second. The DB was 5 yards away, beaten badly. Nothing unnatural about that play. Don’t overthink this.. just like Jojo is at this point. The thing we least expected from this kid was drops because he can make so many acrobatic catches and 1 hand grabs. But the fear of dropping the ball has gotten to the best of men!

In this NIL era, it’s all about winning now and that’s for any team, a wide receiver who struggles to catch the ball as a sophomore, despite giving all the opportunity to excel it’s going to get passed by and phased out

JoJo is a receiver. If he stays with Miami next year, he’ll go over 800 yards receiving and get 8 TDs. The kid is really good.

Jojo is the new Samson watch it play out. Kid just isn’t quite ready. But he will be the goods with more coaching up under Beard and Dawson.

Hankerson dropped passes early on. Mike Harley is another one. Put in the work you can get that fixed.

Btw, shout out to Samson - putting together a fantastic year. He has a chance to be an all ACC player next year

Have come around on JoJo. Obviously struggling with confidence, but he competes & has hung in when he could have run to the exit. Hope he & guys like Blay & Bauman make some key plays against IU to shut down the keyboard haters.

People hate on the kid before the drops, idk what it is.. I dont know if it is OP post or what but ALOT of people got polarizing takes on him for some reason. This thread was created BEFORE SMU game, :ibis-roflmao-sm3: .. You can miss me with that..

And I AGREE he needs to CATCH THE DAM BALL.. You got to go out there and produce, he not even at Yearby level in the equation lol.

No insider but he is rumored to hook up with Mary Jane too often. He’s had his jump scare and now knows what’s expected. Dawson couldn’t have made that clearer in his media Q&A a couple months ago. Same concerns (and days in the doghouse) with Sam Shields 15-20 years ago with same trajectory in my opinion.
