I belive it's pronounced Hollywood SNORTatorium sir!

You sure we didn't know each other in a former life? I never saw Alice in Chains - sure wanted to. Then Layne died. Bummer. I saw the Lollapalooza 92 the day before Hurricane Andrew hit. Speaking of hits.... I never had the Beavis and Butthead "paper", but did have a few Barrels of Monkeys around that same time. Dean Walker's face melted off at The Rat right in front of me at Dance-A-Thon.

We may have had mutual friends. During the mid to late 80's specifically 85-88 the Hollywood Snortotorium was my home away from home lol. The first show I saw there was Iron Maiden on the Powerslave Tour in Feb 85 then 2 more times in Jan 87 and Aug 88. Saw Ratt and Motley Crue there both twice. Van Halen/Hagar in April 86. Dio in Oct 85. David Lee Roth in 86 two nights in a row. Ozzy Osbourne in 86, Bon Jovi in 87(Took my little sister so I had to go) and Whitesnake in 88. I saw Megadeth at the Cameo Theatre in Miami Beach in 88 and Simple Minds at the James L Knight Center. Saw Metallica at the Knight Center in 89 with Queensryche opening on the Justice Tour. I have an account on SetlistFM and it has every show I've ever attended. I moved up to Orlando in Aug 88 and saw plenty of shows at the Orlando Arena. I went to Lollapalooza in 92 with Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Lush, Jesus Mary Chain, Fishbone, Ministry and Red Hot Chili Peppers headlining. That show was 2 hits of Skeleton Key and I started peaking exactly as Ministry took the stage and Al Jorgenson walked up to his mic stand made of the skull of a Goat/Ram and said "This is called NWO". The Chili's were fantastic but the one buzzkill was when I realized that John Frusciante was not up on stage. He had quit in Japan a couple weeks earlier but nobody knew yet.

How do you feel about the landscape of women's wrestling
Roxanne, Liv (when she returns), Rhea, Iyo, Asuka, Stratton, Lash, Vaquer, Guilia, Sol Ruca, Bianca, Jaida, Kelani, Naomi (if she returns), and Lola. And Roxanne is the superstar.

AEW sucks. Toni is the only one worth watching.

TNA has some interesting pieces: of course Kelani (who i listed above). But Tessa Blanchard is a stud and should be on the top of female wrestling, but she hates black people.

my top 10

Roxanne
Stratton (although WWE creative killed her title reign)
Liv
Iyo
Toni
Vaquer
Tessa
Naomi
Jaida
Asuka can still go

Sasha Banks leaving WWE and eventually signing with AEW completely ruined her. She was the best female wrestler on the planet while in WWE.

These kids can only hang with their teammates in the film room or weight room. Other than that they should be in their room.

No outsiders like their a gang or bootcamp
Nobody cares that he smokes, he just can't drive around getting in accidents high or come to practice/film high all the time. It's not that hard to understand, Jesus.

Williams got dismissed from the team on Sept 8th, that’s after the season started. You can’t be driving around impaired, getting into accidents, and taken in for testing without having some sort of punishment.
Trader wasn’t driving

Don’t worry half these clowns will brag about getting drunk and doing coke but put their nose up in the air over a kid smoking weed.

Weed stays in your system for a couple weeks
This is an actual take?

I’m one of the people that joke about the degeneracy I got into when I was younger. Hopefully a little nuance can help change your perspective.

I have responsibilities now and don’t do all that bs. I might booze sometimes, but I make sure I fulfill all my obligations. At 20 I joined the military and lived under similar guidelines for far less $.

Jojo is 20 making more $ than 98% of this board. He’s making that money to stay out of trouble and perform on the football field. Not to mention, he has the opportunity to work hard the next couple years and gain generational wealth.

You’re saying Mario and the program should pay him all that $, while not holding up his end up the bargain, then also play him over guys doing the right thing?

Like it or not these aren’t just young men in college after they started making big $. If Mario explained all of this to him, asked him to earn it, then all he’s done is give up, then he doesn’t deserve it.

The only thing this whole soap opera is missing, is a tweet from Uncle Luke.

That would be the Cherry on top of this stupid *** scoop.

Any player that doesn't wanna work hard & take full advantage of the opportunity to make generational money doesn't need to be here anyway.

Idgaf what the Coaches do or say. Anybody's that's ever played Football knows Coaches can be gigantic azzholes with massive ego's, but what you never do is make it easy on them. If you feel like you're being treated unfairly by a Coach, there's your motivation to put it all on the line & prove him wrong. And even if you don't play, you continue to put your best foot forward to make him look bad.

Then you transfer & make him look like an idiot by balling out at your next destination.

Romello Brinson is a great example of exactly how it's done. Isaiah Horton as well to a lesser extent; But the point is, Coaches can determine your playing time, but they don't determine your work ethic.

The ball is in JoJo's court; its up to him how his college career will go. Whether that's in Miami or not.

Everybody coddling & filling his head with the narrative that he's a victim or being singled out aren't going to be there to help him if things go downhill. He needs to understand that this is grown man business, and the ONLY person that will determine the outcome of his career/life is him.

He already did a few days ago.

All signs and smells lead to portal bound imo. And his people trying to stir it up as the victim was the nail in the coffin. And id even venture to say that they waited for the loss to stir the pot with fan base jaded.

So JoJo got suspended.

His suspension is over.

They put him in for 1 snap and didn't like what they saw and benched him the rest of the game.

I'm sure he'll have this week to earn more PT again with maturity and hard work during practices and if he gets another chance this Saturday I hope he takes advantage of it. If he doesn't get at least 10+ snaps this Saturday I'd say his Miami career is over. Hopefully he and the coaches can have a heart to heart this week and get everything out and move forward.

Statistically and historically speaking, kids who do something wrong and then play victim and pout when they're held accountable, don't amount to much. I always tell young people (and older people) to respond to accountability with humility and apology rather than deflection and defense. It always goes better for you.
