The JoJo thread

It’s crazy how much of a crapshoot recruiting can be. I think we’ve had like 5 or so recent receivers that were top 100 players and the only one that was good was Stacey.

Dorsett, Ahmmon, Restrepo, Malachi, Harley all outside of that (half of them 3 stars) and have been our best

Pope, Jeremiah Payton, Sam Bruce, Jojo top 100 guys and unfortunately no bueno
One thing that separates the names you listed. One group knew how to conduct themselves on and off the field. The other group didn’t and would rather do drugs, take gas station pictures, not work hard, etc.

Jojo isn’t very good and everyone should move on. Watch him catch that ball from Malachi and not score. He got tackled. I hope he can have some success at NC State. He’s not an NFL player. It was a missed evaluation by everybody. It happens.

I think what ****es people off including myself is the lies we were told about him. Happens every year yes but this guy had every opportunity but didn’t want it.

So, you made up some bull**** that you couldn't prove, then were challenged, then you refused to provide the proof that you never had.

Sounds like EVERY SINGLE ONE of your other ****porsts.
since you and your little g/f are the main 2 that cry and argue with my posts...do the math.. and say you didn't ..esp your grad school ***... hope you come to the games this year in your cap and gown

You mean...when a certain porster tells everyone that JoJo is the second-most-talented player on the UM roster?

Yeah, I wonder who that could be...and I wonder why UM fans won't just "let it go"...

There she is, TouchMonkey is back!

Hey, genius, EVERYONE argues with your porsts...because they are terrible. And brain-dead. And arrogant.

And I'm certain that I will alternate between my 2001 Ed Reed jersey and my 2001 Sean Taylor jersey.

I'm sure you'll be rocking your JoJo #1 jersey.

JO Jo was a pure *** bust for us. Time to move on folks. Wishing the young man nothing but the best. Hoping he can get it together

I thought those guys would be pretty good at that time. What I have learned when it comes to projecting is that players need to show traits that will transfer to the next level. Like you have to have something to set you apart besides your star ranking, bc everyone is bigger, faster, and stronger at the next level.

If you aren’t showing elite traits in highschool that clearly sets you apart, I don’t care what your ranking is. There’s a very small chance you’ll be a major contributor at the next level.

good point about that Malachi pass. JoJo looked awkward trying to cut back...which is weird because one of his biggest traits is supposedly how athletic he is. he either needs to try to beat that safety to that front corner pylon or wait a bit longer to cut back in at the lasty possible second.

One of those elite traits is clearly work ethic too. How they talk about Malachi or seeing how Bain gets down, it's a major separator when talent levels are closer at the top.
