Most people who have majored in business have learned about a phenomenon that effects people after changes are made. It's called the Hawthorne Effect. Researchers learned that when positive or negative, changes were made in a work environment the productivity went up.

By just changing QBs in the second half the team responded positively. The downside of the Hawthorne Effect is that, over time, the positive change does not last.

Unless Garcia has mastered this offense and the receivers have learned to run their routes and catch, it won’t matter.

Wanted to also say that I thought this same thing about the defense. I was sure they would play harder for a new staff, and bc of that, we would see some positive regression. Nope.

Ponce needs to step in some increased capacity. As much as I defended the case for Gattis he’s on an island by himself right now.

But If you change up the head guy then you better be **** sure to change at a bunch of other positions.
No way you change qb and leave Ivey out there. No way and you do that and let 85 take snaps over arroyo or skinner.
Gonna have to change some LB rotations too.
If you just change qb’s your gonna lose the whole locker room.
