I was getting a "we don't like each vibe".

My favorite part about Mario is it’s like if a fan became a coach. He literally hates our rivals the way a fan would. Most other coaches are not connected to their school in that way. For him, it’s personal.

I’m sure a lot of negative recruiting/**** talking from FSU and uf staff gets back to Mario also, fueling the disdain.

They don't like each other and it's pretty obvious. It's interesting, because from what I've heard and read, Mario and Billy do personally like each other, on account of having worked on the same Bama staff.

With Norvell, I get the impression that he's the ****y guy that always thinks he's the smartest guy in the room. Not to mention the **** he has talked about us.

Well, if that's the case then f*** him.

He can always just remember before he gets fired that he swings off our nuts

He can’t coach, he can’t recruit, he cant meet the moment, that job is way more than he can handle. Belongs at a place like Memphis or UAB, if that.

Mario has zero respect for him, it’s obvious. Alfa Dogs don’t mix with the runts.

The things I'm sure Norvell has said to recruits and maybe other ACC head coaches about Mario
1. He can't coach offense, not QB a friendly offense and Mario's an old school run the ball first and pass 2nd guy.
2. Taking the Knee, I bet money Norvell used that one a lot
3. Norvell probably used that Mario is 0-2 against him. Proving no way he can outcoach him
4. Cool Mario can recruit but he has a losing ACC record
5. Mario doesn't develop players

I'm just repeating the stuff I heard from FSU fangirls on youtube. They talked a lot of **** this past offseason about Mario.....they ain't talking anymore

I recall before Mario was hired by UM, many here saying predicting/observing #1.

This run up the middle crap series after series - and it's not gaining - I can't disagree.

Of course FSU and other coaches will point out this absolutely stupid practice we engage in game after game for two years now.
