I think most games are won by a depth chart, among a few other things.

But depth is kind of a big thing
 
It will be close but at some point in the second half we will show why we are the better team and begin to pull away

Decent chance that the gates - in fact - will not be ready to play because they’ve been gassed up all summer to believe it’s an easy win. See everything Mertz has said about this game as proof.

Best way to take it out of them early is to score early
 
Of course they will be ready it’s a rivalry game. When I look at this game and these rosters we have the advantage everywhere except for the fact the game is being played at The Swamp(and probably DB). Football always has, and always will, come down to the line of scrimmage and I think we have a big advantage on both sides. I honestly think Mertz is going to be running for his life this entire game. This is why I’m not as concerned about our secondary as other people. If a QB is constantly under pressure the secondary doesn’t need to be all-world. I’m taking Miami to win and cover.

Our boys will be 'ready to play' as well. If Dawson and Guidry walk in with a decent game plan, we walk out with a win going away IMO. These aren't the type if games Mario's loses... This isn't a head-scratcher game.
