Dam did we hit a home run with this kid! Absolute stud out there!
The reason is because he was in Kansas. Had he been in Florida, Texas or California, this kid is a five star all day.How was this guy not a consensus five star?
How was he under the radar for so long in hs? I know he was in Kansas
He wasn’t under the radar. He finished top 100 on 247 and was 115 on the composite. He was a top 200 recruit from that summer on both. He was just under the radar with our fans.Im too lazy and old to go back to his recruiting thread to remember what was the story behind him...did he not camp or something? Even if he was a late bloomer..his athletic profile alone would have warranted him big programs offers..he absolutely pops off the screen...I know recruiting services cannot evaluate everyone but this kid just looks the part so I am wondering how we merely beat out K-State for his services?
Yep & even then he was still highly rated out of Kansas..he’s easily a 5 star in one of the football statesThe reason is because he was in Kansas. Had he been in Florida, Texas or California, this kid is a five star all day.
I think it was same dude who said Keionte sucked or was overrated.. but he in the NFL..I remember there was a dude on here calling him a bust because “Kansas St wasn’t recruiting him”some ppl are just idiots.

This is true but 6’3 elite athleticism, position versatility all over his hs film..He should have easily been a top25 player in the country just off prototypeHe wasn’t under the radar. He finished top 100 on 247 and was 115 on the composite. He was a top 200 recruit from that summer on both. He was just under the radar with our fans.
Plus was one of first to play in the all star games as a junior, think it was under armor, Performed well with other elite players and got great reviews.. You not going to that game under the radar period.. Just because he wasnt a 3 star from dade county doesnt mean he was under the radar..He wasn’t under the radar. He finished top 100 on 247 and was 115 on the composite. He was a top 200 recruit from that summer on both. He was just under the radar with our fans.

This is what I mean, he played less snaps and his performance went UP! We were asking too much of him too early, still get him on field but we cant let the freshman be out there covering 4 verts on cover 2 solo to drown and ****.. Put him in position to THRIVE!!Little things like this, people wont notice, but Thomas being a veteran crashout was taking olineman head on.. lol.. JJ might have all the measureables but those veteran things you cant measure.. Gonna have to live with rookie mistakes, since we have pushed him on field for full time reps, when he probably should of been bought along part time
when i seen him do thAt..it threw me off...that mean kid is really tapped in to dade county cause hvent seen the "dirtbike" since hte west boys did it.Dawg when he popped the wheelie like he played for the west circa 2019/2020 when they was going back 2 back.. I need the story on that, thats too dade county

Being a 5 star vs top 100 is totally different though. The difference between being top 200 in the summer and getting up to top 100 is pretty significant. If he was a 5-star (as he should have been), I’m guessing the price would have been much higher. He wasn’t under the radar. He finished top 100 on 247 and was 115 on the composite. He was a top 200 recruit from that summer on both. He was just under the radar with our fans.
