The tech was good, but they went too far in my opinion. They didn't feel like Miami and felt too much like Oregon. Just my opinion, I much prefer what we have now.



We're a "young" program but our history lies in the 80s, why wouldn't we want to own that? I know the history of Miami football so don't try to school me on that, I know we are trailblazers. Regardless, win games, uniforms don't mean **** and your post was not very well received so I think it is safe to say you're in the minority.

If Manny makes significant changes to our uniforms, I'd be disappointed. That would make it the 4th time in the last 4 years, it is kind of a joke.

I agree with you. However I think what makes us unique as a school is how many different jerseys and looks we’ve had over the many years. U compare our jersey history to other schools, and for the most part, other major programs have stayed w their look. Maybe a change to the font or a removing of a stripe here and there....but we literally changed our looks every 10 yrs almost.

However, like u said, keeping it traditional to how we looked as a power is the best look, imo. The only other look, if we were to change, would be a remake of the 2000-2003 jerseys, but honestly, Adidas don’t have our green or orange dark enough, so it might look kinda wack. Keeping things status quo should probably be the best route. Still not feelin those socks and cleats though, but much better than we’ve had in a minute

Do you know why Oregons uniforms were so popular??? Cause Chip Kelly had them hanging 60 on P5 squads while going to BCS games every year in and out. The success made them cool, the uniforms topped it off.

EDIT: Just went through your posting history about this... you want us to be Oregon South? You sound like a stereotypical Miami fan. Adidas doesn't have a factory 2 blocks away. Oregon is a gimmicky show-pony for Nike tech, they've become a joke recently with how ridiculous the jerseys actually get now.

Just so u know, IDC if I'm in the minority. I have my own opinions and not afraid to express them. Most people on here are afraid to say how they really feel bc they don't want to be down voted, well, that's not me. I say what I want and could care less who doesn't like it. I'm a grown a** man.

The fact is Richt rook this whole program back to the 80s and Manny has made it clear he is going to change that. U and everyone else can be upset when he changes our uniforms and I'll be here to say I told u so.

Also, I'm glad u took the time to do your research on me. I can't say I'm going to waste my time doing the same with u.

The old school unis are nice but if Manny wanted to do something to keep with theme #TNM it wouldn't be the end world. If they came up with something nice looking but still kept the old school too if TNM is busting *** on the field everyone will get over it and love it. I understand the point your trying to make OP that if coach is running with this TNM theme then maybe a couple of alternates unis might be nice to see. Now I don't think the unis would effect recruiting that much but I understand where you were coming from and it really ain't that crazy of a thought like some trying to make it but winning better come with it or that's what it will be called though.

That’s what we do now. We have the historic white and orange and orange and white. We then have the greens and the blacks and the all white and all orange. So, we are at the OSU level. That’s okay.

Going back to the *** pride version of the Nike Unis goes from a variation on the symbol of Miami dominance to runway couture that is best left in Paris and Oregon.
