The Direction Miami Should Go With Adidas Unis

I’m down for Miami Vice unis if and only if the coin toss is done by Don Johnson and the blonde with the polluted womb from Scarface. Otherwise let’s keep it with the classic unis we got

While I am sure uniforms may play some small role in some kids' recruitment, I think there is a greater cost in losing a program's dignity. many of these teams that play this game run out looking like overweight lady-boys. Missing out on some sniveling 167lb 4* DB because he likes to play dress-up in front of the mirror with his equally *** homies is a small price to not look like complete ***aloons every Saturday. Sometimes adults just need to make decisions and should not really worry about what a bunch of Gen-Z teenagers who cry uncontrollably when they fap at night because their social studies teacher once said that their penes is just a deformed klitty. This is one of those cases.

Present your argument that uniforms do not play a factor AT ALL when it comes to recruiting.

2019 recruiting rankings. Look at all these teams with their super cutting edge uniforms.

I'm not saying it doesn't matter AT ALL. I'm saying your presenting that article as if it were proof is asinine and absurdly myopic.

I like the current look.

Just add a new alternate or 2 every year, which is pretty much what adidas has been doing.

Wasn’t a fan of the weird number fonts and jersey patterns.

We now say, "Adidas, we will use new fabrics, but the design remains the same or we bounce." We could get any appeal manufacturer to take care of us.
Stick with the classic design.

I believe that our football program is becoming more modern, and so should our uniforms. Miami is a flashy city and our unis should reflect our city.

I realize the old-heads on this board love the throwback unis we wear now but majority of recruits do not, and believe it or not, Uniforms matter to recruits, period. "but Bama doesn't..." Well, yeah, but Bama also hands out major 💰 💰💰. We need any recruiting advantage we can get.

Under Nike we were innovators of uniform combinations. I believe we should go in the direction that Adidas has taken Louisville with their uniforms.

What are your opinions if the football program adopted the Miami Vice jerseys that the Heat wear?

EDIT: There is a reason why when we played on national televised games against VT and Notre Dame we wore our "Miami Nights" alternates. IT APPEALS TO RECRUITS. Manny said we are The New Miami, I guarantee we modernize our uniforms.

This is the second thread you've started on this exact topic.

It's not just Bama that doesn't give a **** about fashion uniforms. Literally every powerhouse program in the nation sticks to a classic combination with maybe an occasional 3rd combo they wear once a year.

Kids certainly don't give a **** either because none of the teams in the top 25 of 247's recruiting rankings have corny uniforms besides Oregon.
This all day. No more facking uniform posts. You know who changes their uniforms every year? Scrub programs. That’s who. A third “special occasion” uniform is fine. That’s it.

Miami's not winning or losing recruiting battles over unis. Bama is winning (and paying), that's why kids go there. If Miami starts winning, recruiting will pick up.

Those would look sweet w/ green numbers backed by orange. Don't need the "textured" helmet tho.

Fans like the old uniforms because we kicked *** in them. End of story. If J12 brought us #6 wearing Nike Pro Combat, Hard Rock would be filled with them on game day with everyone wearing their “lucky jersey” instead of the ******* color the team asks you to wear.

Kids like the gear, they can get behind whatever uniform a team has. Get a good contract with Nike, adidas or under armour, and you’ll get the best gear, and plenty of it
