How in the **** do you go into this game with a plan to have your safety one on one with their best player and the leading receiver in the ACC? That alone should get him fired.

This defense can work if the players are fundamentally sound, tackle and contain. And before saying I'm defending Manny, the way these players play ball is a much bigger indictment on him than the defensive playcalling.

It’s always a sound move to blitz both LBers and vacate the entire middle of the field when the slot receiver is a the best wr in the conference.

Ehhh...
The positions that our players are put in often times it makes it harder to be fundamentally sound, tackle and contain. Those are scheme issues.

A lot harder for kids to execute when you are asking them to do things that don't make sense or put them out of position.

Manny seems to always like to come out in simple crappy defense, see what offense is doing, then adjust.. like he cant get a sound gameplan even with 2 weeks to prepare
