The Crowd

[GirthQuake]

It was a great turn out. Honestly the new stadium dj dunks on the old one.

Yes he's good but he does this thing where he goes back and forth saying GO / MIAMI and he goes too long and it gets kind of cringe.

Oh a million percent but it is better. No sweet Caroline played so that’s always a bonus

[GirthQuake]

IMO I thought it was a great turnout for a noon game at hard rock

Hit dog hollers

[Flynell7]

I was there, thought it was good showing considering it was a noon game

That was at kickoff. It continued to fill in.

The student turnout, however, continues to be beyond pathetic. We need to revoke at least half the seats allotted to them and open them to recruits, the public, etc.

Should do what other schools do and take season tickets if they don’t show up by halftime

Born and raised going to the OB. Doesn’t make it any less disappointing today.

Attendance at the Orange Bowl is one of the great urban myths .During the 2001 football season, the University of Miami averaged home crowds of 47162.

I was at the game and I don't feel embarrassed in the least. **** these SEC losers

Student tickets aren't general admission anymore?

I think they get a deal for the year cheaper than non students. I could be wrong tho. If they pay and don’t show up they should get them revoked for the rest of the year imo.

[Hurricane23]

It used to be friends and family only at the OB when we played teams like Rutgers as a dominant program.

Yep, it would be like 30,000 fans at those games

Back when I was in school, you just showed your student ID and you got into the game. First come, first served. I thought it is the same situation now?

I have no idea how it is now that’s how it used to be though yea

[Unclejoey99]

I was there with my kids and that place was packed

They only cost $90k/yr.

And there it is right there, as long as the Dj doesn’t play a song that belongs to the Boston Red Sox, I’m all for it!
