Yeah idk about that. I don't think there was a fighter that had more explosive punching power than that version of Tyson, since Earnie Shavers.

Regardless of how good Usyk is, he's not beating PRIME 80's Tyson.

and yet.... what great heavyweights did Tyson beat in his prime? Tyson was a rare talent, but if his opponent had a chin and a Jab, he struggled a lot! He was a bully that was terrified to jump in the ring, so he needed the other man to be scarred in order to concur him. If his opponent bullied him back like Evander did, Tyson was cooked.

You boys need to go back and watch some of his fights. The Lenox Lewis fight. Tyson was the younger fighter and Lewis had already been KO's by Oliver McCall and Hasim Rahman. Lennox beat Tyson like a Lion playing with his food. The Holyfield fight he was 30 and 4 years younger than Evander, plus the naturally bigger fighter, but Evander wasn't scared and had a chin.... We all know the rest. Or watch the Buster Douglas fight, in which he had a parent pass and leaned on God for courage. Him not being scared and having a jab...

Mike never had trouble with anyone but Don King, Robin Givens and her mother. After Jim Jacobs passed right before the Spinks fight the he was done. That was the pinnacle of his career. Tyson was no longer training like he was before and turned into a walking party. Women, cocaine, alcohol, street fights, crashing cars knocking himself out. Not the same fighter but still picking up nice paychecks.

lol. Love these takes. Do you how many countless world champions in boxing were reckless disasters with drugs, women and violence during their careers? More than a few.

Don't forget Riddick Bowe..... There was always talk of Riddick and Tyson but Don King wanted no part of that....

And on top of this, why are we excusing him being undisciplined? Thats apart of being great, its all excuses that people give him because they’re infatuated with his character
