some thoughts on the historical legacy of Bud Crawford..
![]()
Omaha!! Omaha!!
This much is clear after Terence Crawford's victory over Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez on Saturday night at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, it's not if 'Bud' is an all-time great, but just how high on the list is he? Some of you may think that's a hyperbolic statement but hear me out. Crawford is...snac.com
With Nakatani making his debut at 122 on the same card. It’s coming 2026!
Till Bam moves upUnpopular opinion:
He needs to move up to Feather & eventually Super Feather.
He's way too good to stay at 122. There's no real comp in the weight class for him.
He will after Nakatani. We should get that spring of 26.Unpopular opinion:

He's another that should move up as well.Till Bam moves up

I think he eats up Junto, but Rudy’s a great coach and will have him working behind that jab so you never know. But, we won’t see it because Junto vs Inoue is too big for Japan and they won’t put that in jeopardyHe's another that should move up as well.
But I doubt Bam Rodriguez goes up any higher than Bantam or Feather.
Bud stamped himself as the best of this era, 3x undisputed and the 3rd one being going up basically 3 weight classes to do it is a all time feat. Im glad he is getting the superstar recognition and bags that he deserved for years when he was stuck with bob arum.
He’s the clear best guy in the post floyd/manny era imo. He is the first guy i feel confident in saying he can beat floyd since he retired , especially at 147 he probably could stop him
Now on to why im really here lol…Canelo is one of the most overrated fighters in a while, his career is filled with cherry picks and some questionable decisions. I will remember him as a mega star, one of the greatest Mexican fighters but he was just a very good fighter. Not an all time great to me.

If Tank doesn't whoop his ***, something is sincerely wrong with Boxing.
If it's a real fight, Tank will knock him out in the 6th or 7th round. How anyone thinks this dude is good for boxing is insane. And Tank’s a 5’4 lightweight..he’s not going to be able to do **** vs a bad cruiserweight
