The Canes Facebook Group is Full of Idiots

Only thing worse than those who chime in on these groups; the mental midgets who actually start these pages (as if there aren't already enough out there) and then waste time as power-hungry admin, who think they're more important than they really are.

Aside from not knowing anything relevant about Miami football (as none are long-time fans), their Football IQ is in the basement—as exhibited in this "Ken Dorsey wasn't that good" example.

Literally punted on every Canes group I was in at least 3-4 years ago as they all got worse by the season.

F those idiots....Lol at disrespecting Dorsey...Bet they'd have a change of heart if they watched him lay waste at Greentree spring of 99...against 100% certified Goons...
Practices at that time made games look Ho Hum...
 
Not that he was a bad QB, but Dorsey has always seemed overrated to me TBH. Jim Kelly was a 1st round pick. Testaverde was the first overall pick. Kosar probably would have been the first overall pick if his eligibility issues hadn’t taken forever to sort out.

Dorsey’s was a 7th round pick. Yet most Miami fans consider him better than Kelly, and about the same as Kosar and Testaverde. A little odd.

I'm in that group all they do is talk about the 2001 team l in ve in the distant past recycled the same post and steal articles from here the herald etc and act as if they wrote it

Dorsey was a fantastic college QB. Kid had the moxie, mental maturity & development, and just overall knack for making critical plays during critical times in games. Sure, he was not a good pro prospect, but then again, neither was Gino Torreta

Thats not true...Lol at most Miami fans...Kelly did more with less than any UM QB ever...put him on the 86 team..and we win by 21....But lets stop the utter BS about Dorsey...Please spare me the "He was surrounded by Great Players Nauseating Garbage"...EVERY NC winning QB is surrounded by Grade A talent....Anyone who talks Sh*t bout Kenny...needs to have their *** dragged back to Spring Practices 1999...and watch Kenny B*tchslap a Defense full of Absolute Savage Dogs....And before the "Well it was only Practices" Brigade chimes in....Those practices made games look Timid....FOH with the Kenny was overrated BS....39-2 is 39-2 no matter how you spin it...(Really should be 40-1 with 2 NCs)...

Ken Dorsey was one of the smartest quarterbacks we have ever had. His football IQ was off the charts. Who cares about his arm strength? The dude rarely made mistakes and was a true leader.
 
Just like any other group you're gonna have some silly *** dudes in it. Just the way it goes. The problem is weird people in large groups can do a a lot of damage look at the ****'s, , kkk, shadows website, buckeye fans etc
