I’m hoping that guys like Alonzo ,Ed Reed ,Ray Lewis etc will be able to convince Mario going forward that his philosophy regarding offense is outdated and that there are many changes on the staff that need to be made on both sides of the ball.Convince him to not only hire guys that philosophy’s are progressive in todays game but allow these coaches to hire people around them that they have relationships with so they can work as one.Not hire 7-8 random people and throw them in a room and expect them all to get along and have the same opinion as a guy that isn’t qualified to lead them.
These are the guys that need to step forward now cause they are the ones that have the ear of Mario and can relate to the love for the program that he has as a player that were part of one of the greatest dynasty’s CFB has ever seen.They are the ones that have given their souls and blood to this program the same as Mario has.
This is where the closeness of the Cane Family needs to step in and help.Not demand but suggest and offer help to turn this ****show around.If any team in CFB has the family of HOF to do this it’s Miami.
