I forgot about Damien Berry as a safety. I loved his physicality as a running back. Along with Mike James he was one of the best short yardage backs we've had in a long time.

No, it’s all not bad. Not at all. We have a lot of blue chippers (48), but are quite thin at OL and DL.

Lol, I had no idea about Berry. I used to only know the names of the guys on the field, paid no attention to recruiting, and forgot all about football from January to August. It was a simpler, happier time.

I looked up Holton. He played two seasons here at linebacker and finished his career with 12 total tackles. Forgive me if I don’t remember that guy.

He was a Tallahassee kid we stole from FSU I believe.

Only guys that would be considered a success are Kenny Phillips, Deon Bush, and Jaquan Johnson.

Holten was a big time snag. High 4* level kid at safety. I think he was apart of that #1 class from 2008. He followed the wave. But was a bust like most in that class unfortunately but Holton was a big name.

Gotta raise your glass to Banda for that safety room being as elite as it is right now. JW, Tae and Kam should all be on the field at the same time in numerous packages.

As much as I have said that Mario, Steele and Strong will be scratching their heads at the LB and CB rooms..they will leave those safety position group meetings giving themselves high 5s and doing the "Carlton" dance. Alot of big time talent to work with for the next 2 years.

I would put Rayshawn Jenkins up there. He wasn't a superstar but I certainly wouldn't call him a bust or a jag. Jenkins was a good player.
