Mario will need to reassess his philosophy and his strengths and weaknesses. If he is not a top notch x and o, gameday adjustment guy, then hire coordinators that are. He'll need to, make appropriate changes on the staff that reflect hopefully new philosophies and purge this roster with new recruits and lots of transfers.

He needs to talk to Tom Coughlin. Coughlin had to do this coaching grown *** men in the NFL and it got him 2 SB rings for it. Just saying.

I think the lie may be the implication within the statement - the idea that the players are mostly at fault. These players probably remember that under Lashlee they weren't the "worst team ever" and see the criticism as blame-shifting and lack of accountability at the top.
