The Big Question!

In a street fight, i'd rather NOT go toe to toe with someone who's scrape and claw for a win. I think the Canes have played like that and thus have developed that sort of mentality. I think they also have been hit in the mouth multiple times and been in a "rope-a-dope" situation - it ain't pretty but it's satisfying to know they come out victorious.

I don't know how anyone can have great conviction one way or the other.

I would love for it to all come together on Saturday but I expect yet another bloody steel cage match.
 
It won't be easy but I think we win Saturday night. Will it stop the media from Talking negatively about us probably not they just say we're going to get stomped by Notre Dame.

What I would like to see out of our offense is a little more creativity I love to see some reverses Jet sweeps do things to really take Virginia Tech's defense off-balance

Thinking we roll is homeresque and setting yourself up for a letdown

This game will be a bloodbath similar to the one we saw at Doak, and to expect any different is naive

Canes stick their fingers in Hokie poopers this weekend, but better believe they're going to jab us a couple times along the way
 
A lot of people forget this vTech team struggled against WV and Delaware. We can beat these guys and this will be the weekend where Miami will stamp its way in the top 5. Notre Dame at Miami in 2 weeks, we are due to beat these fools and we become the U is back! Let's go!!
 
people are scared because of the UNC game

they see 59-7 and they think VT is now all of a sudden bama. not thinking of the fact that duke hung around and BC was a tough game for them

Clemson also manhandled VT and thats huge. we have our faults but nobody has seen any of those faults cost us yet. we know how to beat VT because clemson did in on primetime tv in big fashion
 
I'm there bro. Bringing a pad and pen to order drinks on the flight home, just hoping I get my voice back by the following Saturday.

We are ranked where we are not BC of low expectations but BC we are not meeting higher expectations.
We’ve seen and know this team can hit stick. They just haven’t done it for 4 quarters. Yet.
Is it motivation? Focus? Energy?

It’s one of those three things or a combination IMHO.

I expect we see the high energy, motivation, and focus Saturday night.

We’re beating the **** out of VT

I think some of us are putting VT up on a pedestal, and I admit I have too at points this week. It is completely because of listening to media and all the talking heads on espn. We will see what happens Saturday night, but I believe we, the better/more talented team, come out on top.
