The Big Game tomorrow: Who you got?

How the **** is their 2 kids both named Hunter Renfrow/e. One is at Clemson, one plays for the Padres. Apparently name your kid Hunter Renfrow/e and they will be good at sports.

I’ll be watching as this could be another classic that comes down to the final play. Head says Bama but heart is pulling for Clemson, and the ACC. Hopefully it will serve its purpose to occupy time and the media until Manny’s OC hire. Then things should really start getting interesting with major breakdowns of the OC’s offense, rankings, and philosophy. Couple that with the same for Baker as DC and this could carry the weight of the offseason until the Spring game.
 
This is the Cavs/GS of college football. The Cavs won 1 but Golden State dominates the series overall. I got Bama unfortunately.
 
Clemson is the only program in college football that can hang with Bama athlete for athlete, other than maybe Georgia. I think this has the makings of another really close battle between these two that goes down to the wire. I got someone to give me Clemson +10 and took it in a heartbeat. Bama wins, but Clemson covers.

Ticket pricing were dropping. Best thing that could happen at this point would be a big drop in TV ratings. Doubt it will happen yet, but something needs to shake up the NCAA. You already see Bama is positioned for the next few years as well minimum. This is becoming college footballs jump the shark moment. They need to fix it before the game is lost.

To answer your question, no. Put in new blood and yes.

My wife and I were watching the wildcard games yesterday and that commercial for the CFP / Championship kept replaying. The first time it ran, where it says at the end "Who's in?" my wife, a super casual fan, says "the same teams every year".

Emmert and ESPN ruined the game. I don't even blame the SEC - if you could get away with murder because ESPN fabricated your conference into such a money maker and Emmert is in your top teams back pocket you're just playing the game.
 
What the weather going to be. I saw something yesterday about snow in CA.(I check on CA once a day to see if it has falllen off yet. I have some desert lasd I am hoping will be ocean front). Two Deep South teams playing in snow, that would be fun.
 
Can I root for a highly localized 9.0 earthquake?

Won't be watching, boycotting this corrupt garbage. I wish the rest of the country would do the same.

LMMFAO at not watching the game as some sort of soft shouldered protest.
 
Lived in Greenville, SC (Clemson country) for 3 years and Birmingham, AL for 2. I can say from experience Bama fans are much better than Clemson fans. I want Bama to embarrass them. I don't think Lawrence has faced a defensive line as good as Bama's all season. It took Deshaun Watson playing out of his mind for them to beat Bama and as good as Lawrence is, he is not on Watson's level athletically. Bama by 12.
