The best word to describe Mark Richt...

I think he's lazy and apathetic more than he's incompetent. His incompetence stems from unwillingmess to put any effort into the program or to even try to learn anything different. He just can't be bothered. At one time he was a reasonably competent, skilled coach. But years of fat paychecks combined with ultralow expectations have led to an implacable inertia and unwillingness to put any effort into whatever team he's coaching. So he just goes through the motions and spouts out the silly isht he continually spews about his great "pro style" system because, to do otherwise, he'd be exposing his laziness and disinterest in improvement.

I agree....lazy and unambitious. Being great is not important to him
