When you take kids who want to play for pride and not the bagmen, and you combine that with a school that had an imbecile S and C program, you get a lot of kids with high upside that werent fully developed.

Compared to Bama where those kids are at max development coming into the league. Miami has been a huge value pick for the NFL thanks to years of Shalala incompetence.
