The Arch hype train is derailing already

He lost the job due to injury. If you're going to tell the truth tell the whole truth. I watched Faizon myself. He's not bad and Heupel's playcalling isn't that good.
How about you "tell the truth".

Weird hill for you to want to die on ... deer in the headlights Freshman who played worse than Arch - which was the original post of mine.

People keep speaking down on Sark b/c God forbid a Manning is criticized. My theory is the Mannings don't want Arch to be a one read and run QB. Has anyone thought of that? Has anyone thought that Sark is coaching Arch in accordance with what the family wants?
Do you not remember Quinn Ewers, who was also one of the highest rated QB's to ever come out of high school and went 7th round?

Both Sark and Manning suck.

He played worse than a 4 year player and he's a true freshman according to you. And, that's up for debate. I don't understand why you want to die on the hill of Faizon being trash when he isn't.

I remember Quinn Ewers being injury prone and having a thin frame too. Ewers was rated higher coming out of high school than CJ Stroud so why didn't he take CJ's job at Ohio State? Those high school rankings can be political and sometimes they are outright lies.

I said he was terrible against Texas. He held the ball forever and took 10 sacks. He has zero field awareness. I said he was worse or equally as bad as Arch and you chimed in somehow arguing he wasn't *** against Texas. He's so bad he got benched the next game and is probably never going to get his job back at Tenn since MacIntyre is playing well and actually reads the field.

Tyler Shough was injury prone and he went in the 2nd round. Quinn went 7th because he couldn't do some of the same simple **** that Manning can't do.

Sark is a ******* drunk who's living off that talent that Pete Carroll and Nick Saban surrounded him with. He's a trash coach.

I do believe Sark is a better OC than head coach. Trash though? No, I can't agree with that.

Tyler Shough has NFL QB prototype size though. Quinn doesn't have that size to go along with being injury prone.

GMac is playing well for what they ask him to do. But, lets not act like GMac is setting the world on fire.

A lot of studs have lost their starting QB jobs. I can't believe we're acting like this is a negative for a true freshman QB.

He's absolutely trash head coach. He was trash at USC, trash at Washington, and he's trash now. He just once again has the most talented team in the country thanks Texas money, so he can at least look respectable.

OMG buddy.

I said he is playing like *** NOW.

He might become the second coming of Pat Mahomes in two years (good luck in Heupel's system) but right now he is a deer in the headlights and is worse than Arch .... which is hard to do.

Honestly, I never thought Sark was an upgrade over Herman. I think both are great but different types of OCs.

I tell you what if Sark is one day the OC at Miami I'd be happy.

What I said is you're comparing a guy who has started 5 or so college games to a 4th year player and calling the guy with 5 or so starts trash in comparison to the 4th year guy. That's not insightful and it's wrong.

I think I found the DMoney burner account where instead of arguing what CJ Bailey is right now (***) he focuses on the idea that he'll one day be a 3rd string clipboard holder in the NFL as justification for him being trash at NCST.

Who cares if Arch is older ... he has 10 extra starts and is less *** than Faizon.

Believe me, I'm not DMoney.

@passitback Sark has mentioned that Mario is one of his friends. And, I think Dawson will get a HC job soon. It's just a future possibility.

Quinn sewers is sitting behind an average QB with the Dolphins. I happen to like him and hope he gets another chance. Poor guy had to work his way thru the Tua BS and then a regime change. However, I’m old enough to have seen Uncle Peyton play at Tn, as a freshman. My thoughts were that I’d never seen a kid fresh out of HS play and read defenses that well. The rest is history. But, no way, no shape, no form is this kid his Uncle 2.0 and maybe his other Uncle 2.0. Forget about his grandaddy. But, it’s a b*t*h carrying that yoke of greatness. Clearly, he hasn’t , at least consistently. The expectation has always been greatness, the reality Is.. let this kid find his way. Can’t imagine the pressure that weighs on him. Maybe the mission should have been to let him find his way with out the hype. Probably would have been a better path if his name was Archie Goldberg. QB1 in the draft, no chance.
