The ACC sucks

There is no I in team - Ted Cruz

Yeah, Ted, that’s easy to say when your two top programs are in the SEC and you have another program stuck in the ACC unless they want to go to the Big 12. See… what we’re asking for is reasonable and they’re all up to no good. The NCAA, the SEC and the B1G. Locking up Miami, Clemson, UNC and FSU and throwing away the key to flounder in perpetual purgatory. We should fight this and if we lose we pay the buyout and form a super Temporary Conference with those listed above, if they can all pay the buyouts.

Lmao, I been saying this for a minute, we have people in here that be ****ting on the ACC and then go back and say “why is this SEC team ranked over team XYZ?” As if the SEC looks any better for the most part, have yall seen MSU when they played Bams? Did yall see A&M this year ? Ole Miss SHOULDVE lost to Louisville. USC looks good ? Washington? Penn state ? Michigan ? LMAO

every team can’t just suck, most of yall think the ACC sucks and then cry about why the SEC/Big10 has 4+ bids being talked about, how many people in the SEC/Big10 say their own conference sucks ? I doubt even the Big12 thinks that lol, we got spoon fed than the ACC is just trash and that every other conference is somehow better

Although I will admit the ACC as a whole has the LEAST cumulative financial investment in the P4, FSU/Clemson & UNC all being in major turmoil is brutal for us considering those teams have the highest national ceiling (MAYBE VT or GT), Louisville is good but good god do they know how to lose games they shouldn’t, it’s honestly infuriating at this point.

But **** so many of yall be talking out of both ends of the mouth, so apparently no other ACC teams outside of Miami are any good and then when the media agrees we are all up in arms, SOMEONE HAS TO BE RANKED unfortunately the ACC has a horrible commissioner that doesn’t fight for the conference. You can also blame these bottom feeders losing to **** teams (Cal losing to UNLV, Syracuse almost choking against UConn, Nc state losing to Vandy, SMU struggling against Missouri state, GT losing to Colorado & blown out by Tennessee (who’s offense hasn’t done anything since), Clemson got SMOKED by LSU )

The portal has ruined continuity and that creates sloppy play and when coaching staffs have so much turnover that doesn’t help either. That’s the biggest difference, unfortunately the ACC loses more talent than it gains (outside of Miami) and the other 3 conferences seem to add talent. I mean it’s obvious all these rankings are based on talent in the pre season, like it or not that’s what they do. This conference needs to invest in talent like the rest of the P4 or it will straight up be left in the dust and it’ll be sooner rather than later
Dude it’s looked at as an inferior ****tier football conference. I agree that those other conferences aren’t worth worrying about save a few teams, true or not, but my issue is the corrupt good ole boy Tobacco Road favoritism with the wretched refereeing.

We saying the acc sucks this and that and we been in the conference like for 20 years and got 0 Acc championships,as a fan im happy we finally got a good coach and were starting to kick everyone’s as, I could care less what conference we’re in as long as we’re winning and making it to the playoffs every year then the national championships will come

4 teams in the SEC that are CFP caliber, everybody else is mid. With that being said, the talent disparity is not as huge between the 2 level of teams. So anytime a mid team plays them close, they **** ride the SEC.

Nobody pays attention when FSU puts up 36pts on Bama, or when Ole Miss wins by 3pts at home against Louisville.

A loss/blowout in or versus the SEC is often still a better product than playing an ACC opponent, even in a nail biter. That's true whether one sees the game in person, on TV or are talking about it during the week.

This is part of why we are on the CW with the Pac 10. This is why a fan would get more excited for almost any SEC opponent and experience, even if the team was a joke. That's why the SEC often has games which feel huge even when the teams aren't even ranked.

ACC teams watering down the regular season to enable a playoff bid also results in locking up future schedules to protect a multitude of unexciting events vs meaningless opponents.
