The ACC reminds us over and over that we need to ditch this joke of a conference.

If we all didn’t need to be reminded once again that we need to leave this conference in the dust. The ACC just did it again. How in tf is Malachi Toney not even on the ballot to vote for, as preseason ACC player of the year? Clemson had 2 defensive players on the ballot. The way they disrespect the one team keeping this conference above water is baffling.
 
Teams don’t submit who or how many players they want on there. I think it’s more of voting by ACC media and coaches who is on the ballot.

I think they are trying to throw a few bones to other teams in the ACC because everyone knows it's Miami's conference. It's like "Look! Other teams in the ACC have good players too!"

Telling yourself it means nothing is just cope.

It does mean something for many reasons, two of which are 1- to get the monkey off our back about not having won it in 20 years and 2 - because it would mean we didn’t have any let down games where we lose to a mediocre acc team.
