1. Attrition- Not enough good players in the key areas we need to be a solid team. Some of the depth we do have couldn't help Dartmouth's football team.
2. Pride- HC needs to give up play calling duties and hire an OC and possibly a new OL coach.
3. Culture- It's going to take Richt making the right changes and sacrifices to lose the stench that has plagued the program. He's doing it in the community, it doesn't have to take long on the field.
