That time we could have had Mullen instead of Golden

Why is he not, "the guy"? Serious question. He's won 10 games in the SEC his first two seasons. What echelon of coach does that make him? Who's better-- Saban, Dabo and Meyer? Would he not have us in the ACC-CG 3/5 years or better?

A coach who averages 10 wins and plays for his P5 conference championship at least 60% of the time is likely a Top 10 coach. So who are we looking for? The guys that's even money to win it all every year? OK, there's 3 names, and they aren't coming to Miami. Every other name you guys tell me is a corch whenever their defense gets beat for a long TD. This is where the CIS coaching searches go in circles.
Granted, current evidence is on your side. I guess I'm just having trouble believing things in gaynsville won't fall apart shortly.

As for CIS going in circles, you're absolutely correct. People believe 100% that they know how their favorite coach would do here and are 100% sure the other guy would suck. Despite so much evidence to the contrary, CIS still insists this is all an easy fix. There are literally dozens of guys who could get us back to 10+ wins. This place is strange.
