If this isn't one of the most poorly ran athletic institutions on earth!! They tell the fans they were looking for stability and a coach w/ a plan to get us back to prominence when they hired Al Golden. Yet, we've seen everything, but. We've suffered from both on the field and off the field issues w/ Golden, yet the admin has continually supported the anarchy that's been created here.

* 30% of Golden's recruiting classes are no longer here or never made it in, and that had nothing to do w/ "the cloud."
* 6 players arrest or disciplinary actions under Golden's watch.
* Tied for dead last in the weakest division in the power 5 conference.
* 0-4 against our arch-rival.
* 1-21 against the top 25 in his career.
* Sub .500 record in the month of November.

Yet, he remains employed. Truthfully, I don't know an FCS program who would continue to employ someone w/ this resume after 4 years on the job. CEOs typically get 5 years, UNLESS, they crash and burn after 4...then they are given their golden parachute to go away. Let's see, started 7-0 in 2013-2014...finished 9-4 while being embarassed on national tv by an AAC opponent.

This year finished regular season 6-6, w/ 3 straight losses, 2 coming to the hands of teams under .500. 8-10 in the last 18 games. Sounds like a crash and burn to me, yet our Admin expressed "perspective progress." Fold the program and save the legacy.

Hey Rell,
Paragraphs are of the upmost importance when posting on message boards. Its best to use paragraphing not when the subject is changed but rather just after every 3rd or 4th sentence. Its makes reading it easier when using a phone or cheapee monitor.
 
I like that phrase "Perspective Progress". "It's my perspective of progress and I don't have to give you the details of what my perspective is. I just want to say I think we are progressing. Even though it looks like we're moving backwards. In my perspective, it is progress!" It could literally be the dodge phrase for everything. I'm gonna use it.

You hit it. Just goes to show how important it is to have capable people in positions of influence.
 
Miami's AD, President and BOT are ALL Racists. They FIRED Randy for being BLACK. The proof is in the HC and his record. Randy had better results and was fired.

Randy had to deal w/ just the same amount of crap that good ole slappy left behind. Slappy LITERALLY burned all kinds of bridges into So. Fla athletics. Randy had to use his hood pass to patch things up around town. Had to deal w/ a admin who would not listen to him about Nevin Shapiro...remember all of that?

They afforded him two of the worst o-coordinators money could buy, but expected his defensive scheme to carry the o too. lol. Yet, Golden Boy gets a pass b/c he was "blind-sided" by the NCAA debacle and he continues to play like the victim b/c of it. His talent level has been far greater than Shannon's, yet his on the field production has been equal. How he remains employed, I have no idea.
