In a better offensive system and with a better QB coach, Rosier and Perry would have been better QB's by now. I really believe Rosier regressed under junior's mentorship and it is obvious Perry wasn't developed the same way we see red shirted QB's do across the country. Just watch other teams' games on TV. I'm grateful for how Rosier conducted himself on and off the field.
