While I would have much preferred OU, I honestly like us in this matchup. A&M is a good, well put together team but they are not dominant and have been lucky in a number of close games this year.

Marcel doesn’t do well when he has step up versus escaping laterally. I would expect we see a lot of light foot and Bain on the edge.. mesi in the middle passing downs

There was a time at the beginning of the season watching A&M I thought they could have been the best team in the country. They’re not the best but they are a tough team, especially at home..

While I would have much preferred OU, I honestly like us in this matchup. A&M is a good, well put together team but they are not dominant and have been lucky in a number of close games this year.

On the way down, not dominant, and scoring points is their strength. I'd rather play them than OU. We need a team beck can excel against. Our strengths OL and Defense get to go against their strength.

Whereas OUs defense is absurd and that game could go either way depending on beck
