Did you hear about the power outage at Kyle Field? Texas A&M fans were stuck on the escalators for four hours!
 
How did the Aggie die in the helicopter?



Got cold and turned off the fan.
 
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but they're one of the coolest places to see a game, great fans, very hospitable and friendly.

Some strange traditions I'll give you that, but some are also really cool

I am genuinely curious if they had a very high upfront or guaranteed sums of money to get these guys to commit. It could be that these guys don't stick come December or many of them bolt after a year.

The SEC teams they beat last year were 12-44 in conference and three of those games were one score finals. This year they'll play Bama, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and LSU with Lane. It's totally possible they flirt with the 8-4 record again and I'm real curious what happens then.

Man, idk......it's crazy. Every coach they get signs highly rated classes. They just never do anything. Sumlin signed that highly rated class with Miles Garrett back in the day. Jimbo signed some dudes over there. This isn't new for them. They've just never won anything with those players. They made the playoffs last year and then got beat at home by some small school in south Florida. So, idk what to tell ya..

They are culturally very similar to VT, and UVA to Texas. On a smaller scale with regards to winning and tradition, of course, and sans the oil money.
Culture vs Agriculture is what I've heard with both schools.

My ex wife was na Aggie told me that joke in 1998– I fell out of chair laughing-
Most of these jokes on aggies come straight outta Austin (UT)…. And this has been since inception of their rivalry
 
Well, Aggies are very easy to spot at the beach.

They're wearing a Speedo (grape smuggler), with socks and sandals.
