Since this thread was bumped.....this kid is royally ****ed.
One of the other people involved, coincidentally was sentenced yesterday, the same day Arnold was arrested. They pled guilty and got 4 years. Another one pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing. And they waited all this time to put a warrant out for Arnold because they wanted an airtight case, as they're alleging he's the one who essentially orchestrated the entire thing.
I'll never say never with the American justice system if you have a lot of money.....you can buy acquittals but IMO this dude is royally ****ed. He's going to prison for a decent amount of time.

One of the things that I love about CanesInsight...
Its been around long enough where we have threads of players as high school children and its got updates in those very threads of when they get arrested years into their NFL career as grown *** men, when they retire, when they die. Its pretty wild. All started because some Miami Hurricanes coach made some phone calls to the kid.

Reading some of the comments from people on those posts makes me more worried for the intelligence of people and our education system then I did before. You have people saying to be fair he thought they stole 200K of his stuff. So that makes what he did right? Another person said he should have went to the cops then to which someone writes he did but the cops couldn't find evidence they did. Well duh of course they couldn't find evidence the people he had assaulted and kidnapped didn't do it.

His attorney should be trying to plead this out asap based on the fact they likely have 2 people ready to testify he was the ringleader as well as it sounds like at least text evidence and may have the video from the livestream. He definitely isn't a criminal mastermind given the mountain of an evidence trail he left. Plus what did he expect to happen after they realised they had ****ed up and grabbed the wrong people that they would just go about their life and not go to the cops.
