Ten things to like

"One of the reasons why SMU was able to have so much success in the passing game in 2019?

Shane Buechele was quick, decisive, and accurate with his decisions."

We need a QB to do the same, or we are in for a long year.

Perry is neither accurate or decisive
Williams is slow but accurate
Martell - TBD
TVD - TBD
Matocha - TBD

I gotta admit, I’ve been harsh on Manure (and I believe rightly so), but this hire brings in a youngish and up-and-coming OC that seems to have made some quick turnarounds at his latest stops. Sure, he might have not helped his stock in the bowl game... but maybe that works out for us in the long run.

His offense seems to be a great fit for a receiver like Hightower... would be amazing if he came back @dsddcane ! Hopefully some more offensive staff changes are coming with Lashlee and Manure has the Ballz to replace some of the defensive staff too.

I know most of that is unlikely... but the OC hire on the surface seems to be a step in the right direction. It’s all for nothing if he remains stubborn on other changes though

Let's hope one of our young QBs is the goods or we are able to bring in a Grad transfer that clicks immediately

Martell TBD...😂😂😂😂

I don't know why posters keep giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he improves in the offseason like any of the other QBs, but there was nothing quick, decisive or accurate about that drive against LaTech.

Maybe he'll do well...IF Manny doesn't dabble

But does anyone think Manny is going to let him take credit for getting this team back on track??

NO WAY

So Manny's gonna dabble....because an idiot gotta do what IDIOT'S DO

I see a lot of lost firmness getting softer around here today since CMD approved this hire seems everyone oops some.

Approve what CMD did but NO credit

After moving on from a one year experiment with Dan Enos, who ran a pro-style attack...

Attack??
If i ever get a heart attack, I want it at a similar level of intensity of this "attack".

Also, I can't help thinking ...what if Richt made this hire 13 months ago?

I would argue Williams is not accurate either.

LA Tech: 45% completion
Duke: 42.3% completion
FIU: 52.8% completion
FSU: 56% completion
Pitt: 50% completion
GT: 33% completion
VT: 57% completion.

7 of 13 games, Jarren was 57% or lower. The games where he completed 60% or higher, we barely moved the ball as everything was boxed, w the exception of UNC & Louisville.

Didn’t realize how much he uses the tight end. Love that.

Also, the running attack seems to favor the style of the three dudes on the roster (Davis, Chaney, Rooster).

Real concern for me is the receiver group.
