It's going to take a 57-3 beatdown, and a bench clearing brawl.

This could be done.
 
Grew up outside Columbia so most of my family are fans.
I've watched some this year.

My observations.

Their QB sucks but they have great WRs. If we give the QB time he will destroy us.
Great RB who has been injured a lot. He will be healthy for game. Their backup is good too.

Basically, their skill positions on offense are great. If we don't get at QB bc we are worried we can't match skill positions they will score a lot.
Spurrier is all about having too many to cover and Dorito will exacerbate our problems.


On defense USC is like us but w a lot less talent. We can score pretty easily on them. They can't stop run.
Worse comes to worse, put Duke or Yearby in at wildcat. See end of UK game.

Here's how I see this playing out.

We will score early and be aggressive on defense. Go into half w 13 point lead.
We will go conservative on both sides second half and choke on Spurrier's old ****.

20-7 Canes at half

38-23 Cacks at end

you forget one thing the ability to adjust and SC coach is light years ahead of Golden but who isnt
 
I hate Golden as head coach as much as the rest of you guys. But Go ****** Canes!!! :duke_stiff:
We all want & expect better. But I'll be damned if I EVER root against my team! The evidence against Al is insurmountable, but I root for these kids to win every week. ESPECIALLY against a suspect SEC team with some of our local kids on it.

Did you really just compare, hoping your team will lose because you hate the coach and think it will be better for the program if he's fired sooner then later, with hoping soldiers die because you hate the president and think the country would be better if he weren't in office?

The only difference is that war is life and death, and football isn't. Still, I think the analogy is pretty good.

You know there are plenty of people in this country who support defeat of our armed forces because they hate the president (whoever it is at the time). I have at least three friends who think that way. Well, they used to be friends. I don't interact with them much anymore.

I also like his recommendation of apathy. That's where I am - not because I chose it - I just don't have the energy to care at this point.
 
I don't think this should be at question. Shoud we or could we win? Yeah. But al golden hasn't show he can coach good football for four quarters. The ol ball coach will take al to the woodshed. Beee dat

PERFECTLY sums up Democrats during 5the Bush years, but not relevant here.

No one is dying, except the fans and the program. I hope we lose by 60 points and Golden gets caught anal raping Santa Claus while Dorito rapes his mouth, if thats what it takes to get this staff the **** out.
 
Never did I say anything about death or hoping soldiers die. You are spinning my statement. Military missions can be failures and no one could have died.

We are going to be embarrassed, didn't you hear we are still on probation. You can't expect us to overcome an obstacle like that and beat a team as good as USCe

57-3, I could see. No way these players have enough "fight" in them to get into a brawl. These kids take after their coaches. They're soft.
 
Anybody remember the game day when Kate Perry was like..." Is this the game with the kocks in it?!" Funny azzz ****. Is this the game where Golden takes the kocks?

I remember being at the OB the last time we played USCe and there was a brawl. They refused to play us again after that. The game was actually pretty **** close.

Yeah, I remember. But FYI, there's a pretty big difference in the 1987 Canes and the 2014 Canes.
