Idc if they’re undercover hired. Until they’re official and can get on the road recruiting, they’re not hired.

I will be impressed if he keeps leaks quiet b/w now and when the staff is announced. It's one thing to control leaks coming from his staff/UM, it's entirely another thing to control the leaks from outside of the school from the folks he's hiring.

they normally break most coaching hires so their sources are more correct than a douche named brewsters. if they say he isnt going to be the OC, he isnt going to be the oC

We constantly complain about Miami getting trashed by blue chip recruits. The bamas and UGAs donkey punching us in our back yard. Yet you guys want to hire a staff that has 0 experience recruiting top recruits? That makes no sense. I agree Tee Martin isn't a huge splash hire. He is an outstanding recruiter though. If he is our new OC, worst case he stacks our roster with high end recruits and starts building the fence back up. Imagine a staff with him, Seider, and another ace. We'd clean up. I'd imagine he would be hired as a co-oc, which is how the big teams rub their coordinator positions these days (check bama and Clemson). Maybe Manny knows Applewhite would be a liability recruiting down here and convinced TM to be co-oc. Those 2 with Seider and a good OL coach would be an excellent staff. If he's sole OC, we could do worse. Hopefully the announcement is made today or tomorrow because checking for updates every 5 minutes is killing my work flow.
 
Having a hard time believing this one. Manny puts everything on lockdown after last week's leaks but somehow now this is leaking? Not buying it.
 
**** this is by far the best best name that has an actual chance of happening . I am good with Applewhite as well but Martin is better then him. He was a scape goat for a bad USC team but he is can call plays well and recruit the crap out of kids.
 
Is the original floater of the rumor Tim Brewster's kid?

Also - I have a hard time believing this guy somehow got the scoop given Hecht has suddenly turned into Fort Knox and no one has any idea.

Well he ain't going to be that. If he comes in he will be the OC . He is way too big of a name with too much cache to coach WR at this stage of his career. I honestly I am surprised by this news but in a good way.

Numbers lie, he threw for a lot of yards but also had many horribe interceptions and missed a lot of open throws that cost them games. If you watched then you would know i follow USC because I gamble on them. He also had a lot of interceptions his last year. He was much better his first year starting. Regardless its asinine to say Tee Martin was only good because of Darnold. You could say that about every OC with a good QB, its a ******* stupid argument. He performed two years in a row and did it with Darnold as a Redshirt Freshman. How did Jimbo Fisher look without Jameis Winston???
