Team's Biggest Issue

Firing the following coaches to me is a bad idea.
Ice Harris
Larry Scott
Kevin Beard
Hurlie Brown
Andrew Swasey
To me those are the few coaches on this staff that have shown that they have made there players better. I don't really expect anyone from this staff to be retained if we make a hire that isn't Butch though, and I am fine with that.

Keep Swasey even though our guys run out of gas at the end of the season every year? No thanks...

But guys he knows people in South Florida....and he's black.....which is all that porster seems to care about, clearly.

Lots of issues but penalties and lack of discipline really kills us. We are last in the country in penalties.

.....is still lack of strength from the big men. Team cannot ever seem to win in short yardage. Let's extend Swasey another 15 years.

Perhaps so. But when I see repeated penalties game after game, that screams of lack of mental fortitude during the actual game. Discipline needs to be inforced and reinforced thoughout the year in order for the pattern to end...

Team biggest issue? Lack mental toughness. The stupid penalties continue with the false starts and personal fouls...that's all in the mind and they FAIL horribly!!

So in other words all of the black guys from South Florida? Can it be more obvious?

Uhhh no. Just the position that have gotten better to me. If I put all black and south florida coaches in here I would of had Kareem Brown on that list but I kinda hope he doesn't return or gets a lesser role. But I'm guessing that also isn't a popular opinion either right?

**** when u recruit allen baileys they are steong regardless , whwn u recruit weak playwrs who have no room for growth then thats ur terrible evaluations. This is where butch was a cutt above, he knew what u were going to be before u even knew it. Swasey isnt moffit but give him bamas roster and its the same **** imo. Also its true players come because they went to school at the u not bwcause of swasey, and if they do ita because they have a good relationship with him

Yes.....it's called 15 years of getting owned down the stretch, in the 4th quarter, and in the trenches. It's called he was a part of THREE failed regimes. He has no training in the field. He was hired by that fat lazy Gator Paul Dee, in typical lazy fashion. His time has come. And whoever our next coach, if Swasey is here, we will not succeed.
