Team's Biggest Issue

I would have said their biggest issue is failing to seal the deal. They get a lead and get comfortable.

Firing the following coaches to me is a bad idea.

Hurlie Brown
Andrew Swasey
To me those are the few coaches on this staff that have shown that they have made there players better. I don't really expect anyone from this staff to be retained if we make a hire that isn't Butch though, and I am fine with that.

Good point.

We're not strong enough in the trenches AND not fast enough.

Next coach needs to put a premium on interior linemen and speed, then bring in the staff (Moffitt!!) to get em stronger once they're here.

KB has earned his pay check, if Scott is back as the right end coach I'm OK with that but ice, brown, and Swasey have showed me no reason for consideratiion. You could obviously do beter.

A lot more goes into run blocking than just strength. (like athleticism) I've seen us whiff on enough blocks to know that lack of strength isn't our only issue.
