Team's Biggest Issue

.....is still lack of strength from the big men. Team cannot ever seem to win in short yardage. Let's extend Swasey another 15 years.

We have converted 2 4th downs today. Maybe pick another game to make your point.

I do like what Beard has done with the WR's and the TE's group has gotten leaps and bounds better. Other than that all other position groups have been marginal or below average at best.

Some changes are a coming very soon.
 
Team biggest issue? Lack mental toughness. The stupid penalties continue with the false starts and personal fouls...that's all in the mind and they FAIL horribly!!

Mental toughness is built in the offseason. Read about OSU's S&C coach, and what Urban has to say about S&C and mental development.

You would think it would be obvious but we have fans who actually want to keep Swasey and Kehoe. Some even want to keep Coley because he apparently has magical powers to recruit south Florida high schools like no one else.
 
Coaching.

Chip would do work with Yearby, Walton, Gray, and even Gus. Our running game would go from 116th to top 10.
 
Even if we get Butch Davis, Chip Kelly or Tom Herman I may still be ****ed off if either one of them keep Swasey!

Firing the following coaches to me is a bad idea.
Ice Harris
Larry Scott
Kevin Beard
Hurlie Brown
Andrew Swasey
To me those are the few coaches on this staff that have shown that they have made there players better. I don't really expect anyone from this staff to be retained if we make a hire that isn't Butch though, and I am fine with that.

So in other words all of the black guys from South Florida? Can it be more obvious?
 
Our run blocking is the worst I've ever seen. Yearby and Walton have to make 2-3 guys miss before they even get back to the line of scrimmage on most runs.

Keep Swasey even though our guys run out of gas at the end of the season every year? No thanks...
