Folden is a master Yogi. Has spent his entire 4+ years here with his head up his ***.

He has been trying to master the "Self Fellatio Rabbit Pose"

Many of the Olineman from the early 2000s teams took Modern Dance to improve their footwork

Also, this:

Ray Lewis, linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens

For over a decade, Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis has roamed the middle of the football field, daring any wide receiver to come galloping across his territory. When a collision occurs, things usually don’t end in the wide receiver’s favor. Although the menacing linebacker is one of the last people you’d expect on a yoga mat, Lewis has actually been practicing yoga for a few years now. He uses it not only to prolong his career, but also to broaden his horizons.
"I do it for a lifestyle, and that's a better motivation," Lewis told ESPN in 2010. "If you're gonna be training for a lifestyle and to be a man, then you try all these different things."
It’s nice to know that Lewis has some other interests besides annihilating receivers

We know who the yoga faqqs are in here. How many of the fruits touting yoga faqgitry in here have recently grown big thick manly beards but still wax their eyebrows and shave their chests?

Everything Al Golden does is wrong because he is a loser.

Stop griping that he's too heavily scrutinized.

He's baracaded himself North Korea style, any glimpse he gets of the outside world is going to be a pitchfork mob.

Threads like this reinforce the arguement that the hate is irrational. Plenty of legitimate issues but this isn't one of them.

And yoga is not "ghey". That's an ignorant statement.

No issue with players doing flexibility work. Actually displaying it on social media with the words "2 Days Out = Yoga #OurTeam " just shows how tone deaf they continue to be. They bring so much of the criticism on themselves with s*** like this.

The PR dopes at Miami continue to show we're the only program in the country that runs from its image. Staggering lack of self awareness. Releasing those embarrassing pictures from the photoshoot before complaining about the "fun police" and now showing UM players on yoga mats.

I understand the benefits of athletes integrating yoga into a conditioning program, but not during the season. And not 2-3 days before a game.

Go watch film, lift, run, or do anything else more beneficial than yoga in a gym. If I'm not mistake Golden said in an interview he just gave them 3 days off, too. Get it the **** together.

WTH MAN ... Talk to your boy Nic and he will tell you the benefits of Yoga. There is no reason you cannot do Yoga during the season. Get your body and mind right.

IDK if Yoga ONE time when they should be practicing will make a difference on the field. Kind of like one day of lifting doesn't make you a power lifter. Waste of time.
